He really liked the water exhibits where he could watch everything. This was a massive sealion that he just stood in this corner and it kept doing laps swimming right past him every time. He also really liked a sea otter exhibit where Linda picked him up and when it went under she would lower him so he could watch it swimming. When it went up for air she would lift him up so he could see it pop out of the water. He thought that was hilarious and would gigle every time it came up. So much fun.
I would just watch him at times on this trip and enjoyed seeing pure delight at discovering the world around us. We sure need to try and do that as adults some times. We need to be in awe of the world around us some times. I think it would help us keep life in perspective, we are pretty small stuff in the grand scheme of things.
